Remember the Pearland, Texas Go-Cart incident?
Where a woman allegedly tried to run over two boys in their go-cart with her SUV? There was much discussion about it here but then it dropped off the radar. Just thought about that story not long ago and after much searching, found the below.
This is old news now but a grand jury ruled that no criminal charges would be filed against the woman.
"A Brazoria County grand jury on Friday (May 4) ruled no criminal charges would be filed related to the March 13 collision involving two teenagers driving a go-cart and a woman driving a jeep in a west Pearland neighborhood."
However, the parents of the two boys have filed a lawsuit against the woman.
