Since SCOTUS is waiting till later this week to announce ACA...

Does that mean that they haven't fully decided it yet?
Is it still up in the air?

They probably want to do this particular perp walk once on their way to their various vacation destinations.

June 1 was the last day for passing the majority opinion between justices for approval. June 15 was the last day for dissents. So it's just waiting for Thursday.

ETA: This C-SPAN documentary talks about the history of the building and how the justices do their job.
