4. If They Are Planning A War They Are Worried That.....

they won't have enough people to man a volunteer army. They probably realize that people will not want to die for a Trump/Repug war - especially one that is unnecessary.

So what to do? Oh, let's reinstitute a draft so people have no choice in the matter. We'll have all the bodies we need to have a war and they have to fight.

I'm wondering now about those deplorabled that voted for this guy. Are the willing to let their children or grandchildren be drafted and sent off to war?
