A guest on Matthews - did not get his name - was talking in favor of confirming the nominee for the SCOUTS.
He supported turtle's action to not even consider Garland.
And then Matthews asked him if there is an opening in 2020, will he hold the same idea, that the senate should not consider anyone on election year. And this putz refused to answer. Matthews pressed him again and again and he did not reply.
