Did y'all know that Birmingham Alabama made it to the top 25 list of most Liberal cities?

Don't know anything about the source. If anyone recognizes it, let me know. The list is on page ten.

liberal or not was basically just the city's record of voting for Democrats rather than Republicans. While that is one indication of a city's political leanings, merely voting for Democrats doesn't make a city liberal.
