WASHINGTON ― Senate Republicans are privately unhappy with President Donald Trump, barely two weeks into his administration, according to a Democratic senator who said hes heard a range of complaints.
Im not going to tell you any names, but Ive heard all kinds of comments from Republican senators about the presidents ethics, the presidents leadership style, the presidents performance, the presidents incompetence, the presidents recalcitrance, Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-Ohio) told reporters Tuesday.
It doesnt manifest itself yet in anything, he said. Eventually it will.
HuffPost tried to trick Brown into naming one of those senators. It did not work.
Ill tell you this: youve heard of them, he said. Youve heard of every one one of them.

(348 posts)25+ years of privatized right wing hate media has created a voting base that would only elect these types of soulless sycophants. The deep and abiding irony of it speaks to the absolute fundamental(ist) ignorance of these people. They make me sick. As I've posted elsewhere, they cannot live without their smartphones, but deny the very science that makes them function.
I've read some of your posts on other threads, and I believe we share a common mentality about much.

Which means, of course, that his FB page is loaded with shit-dumb Teahadis who think a billionaire is going to solve the problems his class causes.

(4,742 posts)WE must do it. We must take a softer stance with the Republicans in Congress and ask them to please help save the United States and themselves. Do what is right. Many Senators have 4 to 6 years until election.

(14,049 posts)that their dear leader is seriously and dangerously mentally ill.
But they are cowards and are too busy being rewarded for selling out their country to do anything about it. They could not even find the courage to turn down, what is beyond a doubt the worst collection of malqualified appointees in modern history. At every step they are doing the exact opposite of what needs to be done.
