I know this is a complete impossibility, but ...

... what would drive Trump over the edge would be everyone ignoring him for 24 hours - NO mention of him on TV or radio, NO responses to his Tweets, NO comments about him on websites - just NOTHING.

Imagine him endlessly clicking his remote from one channel to another, trying to find someone - anyone! - talking about him, and all he can find is newscasters talking about EVERYTHING but him. Imagine him sending out another series of inane Tweets - and not getting a single response. Imagine his ass-kissers reporting that they've scoured social media and political websites - and can't find a single word about him.

Total meltdown - guaranteed.

I would like to see the WH press corp downsized by the media and those assets moved to the Hill and to the Departments, leaving the WH with no reporting.

The news of his latest EO and Tweet will still get out, but it does not have to appear on the major news channels and press. He thrives on attention, the less he gets the better.

news organizations should NOT attend press briefings.
No exposure...except indirect from critics of the administration actions.

The pro-Trump alt-right vicious tabloid headlines that we are a captive audience to when we stand in line at the grocery store are owned by a Trump buddy. His headlines praise Trump to the skies while vilifying anything that walks like a Democrat. LET'S GET THESE TRUMP-WORSHIPPING TABLOIDS OUT. We need to get them out of the stores that we support with our dollars. That will strip him of a lot of the attention that he thrives on. Please sign our petition and send it to your friends!

And here is a link to an article from Politico that lays it all out about the damage the tabloids do. If you don't want to read the whole article, please at least read this one paragraph from it:

It’s easy to imagine that tabloids don’t matter; the Enquirer is a relatively small voice in the media kingdom, with a weekly circulation of only 342,071, down from the 5.9 million it commanded in the 1970s. But that misses the importance of the constant cultural background noise it adds to American life: There are 37,000 supermarkets in America, with an average of about 10 checkout stands each, and many stands feature a wire rack displaying the Enquirer, the Globe, often the company’s other tab, the National Examiner, and celebrity magazines. According to an industry study, American households make an average of 1.5 trips to the supermarket each week. Every customer passes by the checkout stand, which means that even people who never purchase a tabloid still absorb the ambient headlines, and those headlines can shape their view of the world.

I also wish someone could hack the white house computers to make Chrome the default browser and install and activate the "Make Kittens Great Again" extension so that all pictures of Trump are replaced with kitten pictures!
