pretty terrible. Barely a step above McDonalds.

The frozen orange drank is pretty good though.

Kinda like a creamsickle milkshake.

If I were Obama, I'd go to the Varsity and split a frozen orange with Michelle and take pics with the people, and then go to Papi's, Ming's BBQ, or Cowtippers to eat.

Ask anyone from Atlanta. Varsity food is terrible. I know a lot of people who go to the Varsity to socialize because its easy to find from the interstate, has free parking, etc. I don't know many people who genuinely go to the varsity because they're hungry for heavy dogs and chili steaks.

I only been there as an adult once or twice because the food is so greasy and heavy. I thought I was the only one who felt that way.

every once in awhile, there is that craving that only two Varsity chili-dogs can fill.

I always ended up not eating the food. It's such a horrible place to eat. It's a wonder why the place is still around. Probably more about the history than anything else because it sure isn't about the food.

Love the joint. been there a few times!

also to the former 688 Club around the corner on Spring St. where back in the day I saw great bands
like the Red Hot Chili Peppers.. one could stand two feet away from them.. the stage was tiny.
