Questions about health care law and the SCOTUS ruling

To those advocating that the health care law be struck down: Are you envisioning that Obama wins re-election and a filibuster proof Democratic majority in the House and Senate in January 2013?

If not, what are you envisioning as far as the law being replaced with single payer? That is, what does the political landscape look like until 2016 and when do you see such a law being passed?

Are you envisioning Republicans cooperating?

Are you comfortable with returning to the status quo (no expansion of Medicaid, no ban on dropping people with a pre-existing condition, no free preventive care for seniors, no improved MLR etc.) in the interim?

Do you really believe that it would be easier to pass a new bill than to improve the existing law?

Many here seem to have believed that with the death of the mandate; suddenly, a path would be cleared to single-payer ... despite all the evidence to the contrary.
