Pelosi...FBI Investigation...I'm Confused!

I'm confused...I read that yesterday Pelosi said on one of the news shows that the FBI needs to investigate Russia and Trump's connection, but I thought that an investigation is already going on! I'm confused!! And, on a side note, what kind of an investigation can the FBI do when you've got Comey at the helm??!
