Trump discussed natl-security issues at Mar-a-Lago at dinner, right in front of multiple guests

http://edition.cnn.com/2017/02/12/politics/trump-shinzo-abe-mar-a-lago-north-korea/index.html

As Mar-a-Lago's wealthy members looked on from their tables, and with a keyboard player crooning in the background, Trump and Abe's evening meal quickly morphed into a strategy session, the decision-making on full view to fellow diners, who described it in detail to CNN.

...

Trump's National Security Adviser Michael Flynn and chief strategist Steve Bannon left their seats to huddle closer to Trump as documents were produced and phone calls were placed to officials in Washington and Tokyo.
The patio was lit only with candles and moonlight, so aides used the camera lights on their phones to help the stone-faced Trump and Abe read through the documents.

Even as a flurry of advisers and translators descended upon the table carrying papers and phones for their bosses to consult, dinner itself proceeded apace. Waiters cleared the wedge salads and brought along the main course as Trump and Abe continued consulting with aides.

...

Eventually Trump and Abe, along with their collection of aides, stood and moved from the dining terrace and toward a marble-trimmed ballroom, whose gilded columns were concealed by more sober-looking black drapes.

----------------------------

In related news, Mar-a-Lago prefers to hire foreigners as waiters because it's really hard to find good waiters who are also US-citizens. (Absolutely 100% not kidding. That's what they gave as a reason why they need those cheap foreigners.)

Now... How difficult would it be for a spy of a foreign intelligence-service to get a job as a waiter at Mar-a-Lago... maybe with a hidden microphone... clearing Trump's plate while he's busy discussing military policy with a foreign head of state?

all of this smells like NOT America First (not that I like that line, but he himself uses it). Isn't the White House part of American history? Why has he, from day one, acted like being there is something so awful? If he is doing the work of the people, why not do it from the people's house?
(answer: he is not doing the work of the people. He is doing things for himself, his businesses and the kind of people who pay for access to private clubs. This is NOT most of the people).

He doesn't like changes. He likes his life just as it is. Moving into a different appartment, forcing him to a daily routine that wasn't his idea... Which 70yo would like that?

I can tell you that the staff (grounds staff) I dealt with were all foreigners. Very nice, helpful people. But they were all foreign. The event planning staff were all young white girls. (No big surprise there.)
