So another recent revelation about the Trump Administration is that Trump's Deputy Assistant (And Breitbart editor), Sebastian Gorka has overstated his super-expertise (Really? Just now?) on national security matters and terrorism. One glaring issue in particular is that he has repeatedly said he was an "expert witness" in the trial of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, when really he just mailed the court his own '"expert" report' which was not used in the trial in any way.
It seems that he has taken notice of this and made a response of sorts...
During his conversation with POLITICO, Gorka defended himselfunpromptedagainst recent reports, including one that he overstated his role as an expert witness for the Department of Justice during the trial of Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. Ive got invoices claiming I wrote studies for (DOJ), he said, but they just never put me on the stand.

I guess it's too bad that Gorka's not an expert on producing documents if you want people to believe you.
