My dad taught me to look the person in the eye when shaking his or her hand and shake it firmly, but not as if to hurt the person.

...like he was ready for that and pulled SCROTUS' arm towards him.

A fake arm getting yanked out of Trudeau's sleeve by Trump's overzealous intimidation technique would have been hysterical.
