Trump is blaming his staff for his administrations failings

He's of course blaming everyone but himself...he might be more rethuglican than he knows.

President Trump is blaming his staff for his administration’s failings
The operation is not exactly running smoothly in the West Wing, as sources say the problems likely start at the top

Disappointed with the rough start to his administration, President Trump is reassessing his current team, according to a report from Politico. Missteps in the rollout of his immigration ban, along with humiliating leaks from anonymous White House sources, has reportedly alarmed Trump.

Sources say the president is especially concerned with national security adviser Michal Flynn, who is currently in hot water for discussing Russian sanctions with the Kremlin during the transition period despite his prior denial. Trump apparently believes that other White House staff do not trust Flynn. “He thinks he’s a problem,” a person close to Trump told Politico. “I would be worried if I was Gen. Flynn.”

The national security adviser is not the only senior staffer that is on the hot seat. Sean Spicer, the White House press secretary, has also been the subject of office rumors. Even before Melissa McCarthy humiliated Spicer on “Saturday Night Live,” Trump was reportedly upset with his press secretary’s performance in the briefing room. Politico reports that in conversations Trump has had about Spicer, he’s expressed plain disappointment. Trump became particularly upset with him after McCarthy’s performance, mostly because he was lampooned by a female.

Trump reportedly blames his chief of staff, Reince Preibus, who recommended Trump to hire Spicer after their first candidate for the job, Jason Miller, dropped out of consideration when rumors of a marital affair circulated. Over the weekend, one of the president’s closest friends Christopher Ruddy, the CEO of Newsmax Media, told CNN’s Brian Stelter that “there’s a lot of weakness coming out of the chief of staff.”

“I think Reince Priebus, good guy, well-intentioned, but he clearly doesn’t know how the federal agencies work,” Ruddy said. “He doesn’t even have a real good system. He doesn’t know how the communications flow.”

At the moment, the White House staffer attracting the most derision is Stephen Miller, who is seen as one of the principal architects of the immigration ban. Miller made his rounds on the Sunday shows yesterday, when he appeared to read from a script as he tried to defend the administration’s brutal first few weeks.

Replacing the whole staff, plus the Cabinet (although even the Rubber Stamp Party might put its foot down if they had to confirm a completely new cabinet less than a month after confirming the first one) is not going to correct the root cause of the problem: the total ineptitude of Donald Trump.

Trump is NOT concerned with national security as it pertains to Russia. He's ONLY concerned because Flynn got caught doing tRump's business with the Kremlin/Putin, so now he's in a bind...

and show no shame. Empathy for others is a disqualifying trait in the psychopath's ruling councils.
The toughest qualification is lack of knowledge. His ego requires that his underlings are not as "smart" as he is. Most staff must pretend that he is "smarter".
Anyone who chooses to carry out the psychopath's orders deserves the infamy that they are earning.

The only thing pissing him off is the exposure. Otherwise---this is the plan. And it's working swimmingly except for the "corrupt media".

Neither is anyone who has had the sincere pleasure of working with a narcissistic boss. Just like something out of a Dilbert cartoon, they will throw about all sorts of lingual gymnastics to hide the fact that they have no idea what they are talking about. It winds up being the real episode of “ The Emperor’s new clothes”; anyone who does not tow the line is being told that they are extremely stupid or incompetent, or worse evil. Of course, is apparent that this guy could not look good even with a bunch of staff to clean his messes and add honey to his words. Of course it sure helps that they themselves are genuinely incompetent, but even if you had a staff of archangels trying to save the Trump presidency, it would still be a disaster.

My guess is that Trump isn't concerned that Flynn was talking with the Kremlin; he's probably pissed that Flynn got caught. No way in hell Trump wasn't aware/involved. No way.
