Jill Stein attended the same RT dinner that Michael Flynn attended; and, like him, delivered speeches while she was in Russia. He acknowledges that his were paid. Does anyone think she gave her speeches for free?
It's also interesting that he considers CNN and MSNBC to be the equivalent of a state-run propaganda arm like Russia Today.

PRIEST: Tell me about the RT [state-run Russian Television] relationship?
FLYNN: I was asked by my speakers bureau, LAI. I do public speaking. It was in Russia. It was a paid speaking opportunity. I get paid so much. The speakers bureau got paid so much, based on our contract.
PRIEST: Can you tell me how much you got for that?
FLYNN: No.
PRIEST: No? Because you dont want to get your fees out there?
FLYNN: Yeah, I dont.

PRIEST: Why would you go on RT, theyre state run?
FLYNN: Well, whats CNN?
PRIEST: Well, its not run by the state. Youre rolling your eyes.
FLYNN: Well, whats MSNBC? I mean, come on

UPDATE: The Kremlin is now defending Stein, and attacking me, as a result of this article. That speaks volumes about just how important a tool Putin finds Stein for both his propaganda war and for helping Trump this election.
Steins report from Moscow is in the video below. She went to attend a conference hosted by the Russian state propaganda organ. In a sign of the importance Moscow put on the conference, Putin himself joined Stein and other attendees for dinner.
From Moscow, Stein noted that we need to rein in US exceptionalism, and totally reform and revise our foreign policy so that it is based on international law, human rights and diplomacy. Making those comments from Moscow, at this time, is rather unconventional, unless you work for Donald Trump.
With Red Square as her backdrop, Stein suggested that we need to replace a US policy of domination with a way forward based on respect, collaboration, international law and human rights.

(15,238 posts)There is nothing amusing, no sense of revenge about this mess. The worst part of this will be efforts to scapegoat Flynn who deserves condemnation as a spy. There is a nest of spies and foreign agents in the White House. This can become deadly serious quickly, the traitors need to be rooted out and dealt with harshly. We are at war so far without a shot being fired.
