Donald Trump always lies. Every time he opens his mouth. It's demonstrable that he lies more than 75% of the time.

He is the most corrupt person in our culture. It saddens and scares me that he has become the president.

He truly is not very bright ... I suspect someone may have clued him in that he should not be tweeting that Flynn had promised Russian's lifting of sanctions.

In all seriousness, he is not bright but I have no doubt that he knew about this and knew it was wrong (or would be considered "wrong" and or illegal)
