Russia poses a clear and present danger to United States.

It has become increasingly clear that the Russian Federation poses a clear and present danger to the stability of the United States of America. They have blatantly manipulated and compromised our government officials, conducted overt and covert acts of espionage resulting in the instability of our body politic and threatened the peace and stability of the world. As a result, the Russian Federation should be seen as a sworn enemy of the people of the United States. At the very least, all immediate trade relations with this country should cease until the entirety of the damage has been accessed and appropriate actions taken to remove this cancer from these shores. Regardless of our particular political views, as Americans, we must not allow Russia to destabilize our government any further. We should definitely not be funding our own demise with our Trade dollars.

Many of us took an oath to defend this country against all enemies both foreign and domestic. I do not recall a statue of limitations in that oath. If you serve or served in the Armed Forces, you must recognize the actions of an enemy... even when called friend by those you respect. If you work for the FBI or local police, you must recognize the actions of an enemy and realize they are out to destroy our country. If you work for the CIA, NSA or any of the myriad of other agencies, you must recognize an enemy and eradicate them from our shores. That is your job... no, that is your sacred mission. Russia poses the greatest immediate threat to the stability of our nation; so get your shit together and get this situation under control.

Signed,
Your boss... well one of them, anyway...

My thought is, forget the issue of a formally defined 'enemy.' If a president of the US is an agent of any other country, be it Switzerland, England, or Peru, and is operating in a way that puts that country's welfare above that of the US, what would you be comfortable calling it? It's still a betrayal of the office and the nation.

It addresses only Russian aggression toward the American people and subsequently our allies as well. NATO should also be concerned. We have an agreement with NATO that if we are attacked they will come to our aid. It is blatantly clear that we are not merely under attack but under siege. One person's individual treason aside, the root cause is Russia.
