Russia sends spy ship near US coast, deploys banned missiles at home, officials say

A Russian spy ship was spotted patrolling off the East Coast of the United States on Tuesday morning, the first such instance during the Trump administration -- and the same day it was learned the Kremlin had secretly deployed controversial cruise missiles inside Russia and flew within 200 yards of a U.S. Navy destroyer, U.S. officials told Fox News.

The Russian ship was in international waters, 70 miles off the coast of Delaware and heading north at 10 knots, according to one official. The U.S. territory line is 12 nautical miles.

It was not immediately clear where the ship is headed.

3. I believe that this is just that

Deflections being reported to muddy the waters. The Russians have have intelligence gathering ships running along our coasts for decades. This is nothing new except this is the first time during the current administration, well, gee He's been in office for what 3 weeks now? The ship will return to Cuba shortly and then do the patrol again.

The cruise missiles are a bit of a concern, but I suspect their existence is long known and the close flyby of the US ship has gotten to be pretty standard stuff. Not good, but pretty standard.

Maybe Trump and some of his minions who are Russian puppets will make for the ship overnight and flee to Russia before they get marched out of the white house in shackles... Hey one can always hope
