http://www.rawstory.com/2017/02/trumps-white-house-is-scared-to-death-and-already-hunkered-down-in-survival-mode-report/
Sources tell Axioss Mike Allen that the White House at the moment is in a state of borderline chaos and that some staff is in survival mode and is scared to death by whats about to happen.
A West Wing confidant, meanwhile, tells Allen that it looks like nobody is in charge at the White House at the moment, and that the scandal surrounding fired National Security Adviser Michael Flynn shows the Trump administration is either reckless or simply has total incompetence.
The trouble for the White House this week began when Flynn resigned after it was revealed that he lied about discussing American sanctions with the Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak during a phone call this past December.
Then on Tuesday evening, both the New York Times and CNN reported that senior Trump campaign officials were in constant contact with Russian intelligence officers during the 2016 presidential race.

All that salt alone is horrendous for a normal person.
And he stress eats mountains of sweet/salty/fatty junk food.
Stand back, way back.

And hey, no reason to confine it to those, either.

(19,118 posts)This goes beyond partisan politics, the country needs a functioning and competent Executive Branch. There are lives on the line and our enemies are sure to exploit the weakness from this administration to harm our country. While the implosion is good in that the disaster causing policies he intends to implement will not be successfully put in place, it's bad in that we're going to end up in a major war because of this incompetence and a major terror attack will likely occur under this clown's watch.

Already wasted us one VERY important and valuable asset in that lost Navy Seal. Who's next?

(345 posts).....the Trump administration is either reckless or simply has total incompetence.
Note to the "sources" - these things are not mutually exclusive.
Top to bottom, this administration has both - in spades.
Institutional pathological narcissism. An administration full of people who think that anything they do must be excellent, perfect, etc. simply because they do it.

The World's Biggest Entitlement Program is the GOP/CONservatives' presumed "divine right" to rule. And they'll be happy to explain it to you. It's: "Because."

On the flip side, Adm Harward is a great choice for National Security Advisor. He actually seems qualified and sensible and knows what he's doing. It's up to Harward and Mattis to keep Trump from starting WW3.

(3,009 posts)I don't know how many positions await Congressional approval (other than the Supreme Court seat), but the current administration is basically circling the bowl at this point. The next president should make these nominations.
(I realize that might be Pence, but the longer we can keep some of these positions clear, the better.)

So he will do whatever it takes to save himself no matter the cost to others and the nation.
Personally I dont think anything is going to happen unless the CIA does something drastic in releasing info or something, surely the GOP has no intention of doing their job, the patriotic thing, etc.
