(11,686 posts)I think that since they run as a package they should be impeached as a package. The only reason the vice president should take over is if the president becomes incapable of doing anything or dies. Usually when a president elect chooses a vice it is because the vice thinks like him and will continue his type of leadership or control so to not impeach them as a package makes no sense. That is just my thought.

This is very different territory than "Republican," and Pence doesn't come close to making the cut to the same kind of evil that we've already seen take over the white house.
Pence is a Tier 5 form of evil.
Trump(Bannon) is at an unprecedented level that gives Satan a run for his money.
Bring on Pence, likely impeach him -or beat him 2020, and we still have the fabrics of democracy left.
However, if this shit goes on for just 6 more months, there will be little left of our fundamental institutions, elections or much of anything else to protect our democracy.
If this stays on track with how it's going, we should probably start brushing up on our Russian.
