Please do not let this man change the narrative. I implore you.

He's tried it before with the "fake news" thing to the point it's now worthless self-parody. There was a real issue with "fake news" during the election, namely that there were completely bogus news stories being processed by shady, fly by night bogus "news "websites for the intent that they'd be distributed as virally as possible over social media without respect for the truth.

Donald Trump took ahold of it, and changed the "fake news" story into "anything reported about Donald Trump that he doesn't like."

He's trying to do the same thing with the Russia story. Instead of the incredibly earthshattering story that Russia infiltrated an ultimately successful political campaign from a major American political party, he's going about using the word "leak" as much as possible and claiming that the story is that we know there's a story.

He cannot get away with this.

It seems like the focus is deliberately, and successfully, turned to investigating the leakers, and not the contents of their leaks.

by greedy republican leaning corporations and a press corps that is either dumber than a brick, cowards, terribly lazy or just not curious enough to ever get to the bottom of any story. Not reporters, just overpaid stenographers. Especially, with few exceptions, the television press corps. Check the last few pressers. They sit there silent and complacent while they are for all practical humiliated by the idiot running this country right now. Again, with few exceptions, no fight in them at all.
