Trumpsky's new celebrity will be his downfall.
Trumpsky has always been able to control his message. He is merely the performer at his highest-level business meetings, the name brand, the guy that wows the investors with his supposed charisma and charm. He can speak in short bursts of random words, the best words, but they're funny and people eat it up...then the smart people come in with the legalese and the paperwork and they negotiate the real deal of Trumpsky's song and dance.
Trumpsky is nothing but a figurehead and never has been anything else. He's a name brand, and that is what he sells. That is why he is still campaigning in Florida, months after his bullshit victory.
"I am great! Respect me! Love me! I want to be adored!"
But now the American people can see him EVERY DAY, not just for ninety minutes on Monday night (or Tuesday...whatever. I never watched his shitty show). And he becomes demonstrably more unhinged with each passing press avail. In his own mind he thinks he is a god. Daddy taught him that, then handed him millions of dollars and said "good luck, I hope you'll be able to survive on this meager subsistence." He feels that was a challenge.
Trump's desire for the limelight, while accomplishing nothing but profits for the sign makers who attach his name to steel and glass monoliths, will bring him down. America is not a business and cannot be run like a business. Trumpsky's privileged upbringing has insulated him from ever having contact with real Americans (except those he pays sub-standard wages to wash his piss-stained 1000tc Egyptian fiber bed sheets...but they probably are illegal, and not Americans anyway). Not "Real Americans™" as in Tea Bagger Americans. No, we're talking actual real American people.
I cannot recall a President so far removed from the people he is supposed to be governing. It is abundantly clear that Donald J. Trumpsky has one voting block in mind when he looks to the future of America; people who can afford to pay $200,000 a year to play golf at Mar-A-Lago.
