The higher ups will be pardoned by Pence in the mold of Gerald Ford "for the good of the country".
But some poor schmuck who was actually doing the shredding, they'll get screwed. Remember, for all the bad things that happened in the mortgage crisis with fake signatures, no credit checks, falsified applications, and the like...only one guy got charged with wrong doing. IIRC, it was some gopher down in the ranks at Wells Fargo.
Trump is such an asshat.
Just one condition. End all SS protection for him and his family immediately.

To all staff of Dump. Get a good lawyer and turn states' evidence. Follow the example of John Dean. You will get a much lighter sentence.
