A theory as to WHY Roberts voted the way he did...

I've come to the conclusion that Roberts would LIKE to have overturned ACA, but know's it constitutional, doesn't want to tarnish his judicial legacy, and figures that if Romney gets elected and the Republicans take the Senate, they can clean up the mess by repealing it (probably using Budget Reconciliation and 51 voites).
