Brava child. 
Is standing in shirtsleeves in February in Flint MICHIGAN; what is global climate change going do to the little misses and little men of today.
Someone new to the state asked me what the normal weather conditions were for winter here.
I tried to explain, but there has been no "normal" for the last several years!

Edit: TBH, I don't know if that pic is from today, though the tweet was. The grass looks a little greener than what I see to the south, but the the weather was warm enough for short sleeves.
