My CNN Breaking News (defeated) email was time stamped 7:09am. The correction came at 7:18am.

I was asleep, but didn't MSNBC have it right from the git-go?

and the blogger summarizing I believe came up with a fuller summary by 10:10 but had the gist by about 10:09. CNN refused to wait. MSNBC claimed conflicting opinion I think.

indicate it would be deemed unconstitutional. That's apparently what CNN ran with -- kind of knee-jerk. (Kind of like I get all irate about a DU headline and start furiously posting before I read the actual post. ) Too bad, they used to be so good, now they're moribund.
