Uh, WRONG...! Have we forgotten Citizens United? A ruling by one of the most activist Supreme Court collection of fascists in our nations history? Christ I hope we are smarter than Tweety makes us out to be, and I'm a bit ashamed of Rachel Maddow in this regard as well...

Had John Nichols on - his view is that this is just what Reich said - face saving - and that the earlier rulings (Cit. United, further stripping of Union rights) is more in line with the truth - also that Roberts may have gone this way because it is a big advantage to health insurance cos ($$$$).
