And I can't help but wonder if he regrets leaving when he did. For a comedian - especially one whose specialty is politics - Trump is a target like no other!

It was pretty awesome, though there were lots of security precautions before we went in. It was a fairly small studio so we were rather close up. And he was quite friendly, chatted with the audience and when one lady asked what he had on his notes, he just gave them to her as a souvenir after the show.

I'm also incredibly jealous that you got to see a live show!

Though I can't help wondering why they both decided to retire soon after that, LOL. And I was not disappointed with either experience. Both of them were warm and friendly towards the people who came to see them live. Especially with Letterman, you'd think it would be old hat with him after so many years. But he was just the opposite, came out after the show to thank everyone for coming. He didn't have to do that, but he did. They are both class acts...

Especially with Jon Stewart, we hoped to see someone political. Even John McCain, who used to be on a lot, would have been okay, LOL. But even when we got there, we still didn't know who was scheduled. Turns out it was Judd Apatow. Since they're friends, I guess he got him at the last minute. And David Letterman had Dr. Phil... Still, it was a great experience.
