Short of single payer, what could be done to make ACA better?

Bernie- still Single Payer (gets rid of bureaucratic) but start is:

make co-pays lower

get message out that ACA isn't perfect but it's making insurance/health care available.

One that removes the profit motive from the system.

But the GOP plan is a huge step backward.
