It was a total takeover - the presidency, the house and the senate. The Dems are basically powerless. All the committee's in Congress are stacked against us so as to ignore the truth. And now they are systematically destroying the government from the inside.

Are there no patriots in the Repug Party that still believe in the USA that would stand up to this administration?

Right after the November election - I stated that I felt demoralized by what we saw happen. It is now America Held Hostage Day 48 and I can't find a word that expresses my feelings now that is worse than demoralized.

I would like to say that good always triumphs over evil - but - I'm questioning even that now. All I can say is HELP!!!!!!

There were at least 20 other reasons we lost. Well, that has happened. The EC failed to do their duty to the constitution and were loyal only to their party, so the fool was installed against the votes of the majority for the second time in my lifetime.

No, it wasn't a coup, exactly, although it does feel like one in many ways.

Our best hope now is that the Congress becomes frightened enough of their constituents to rectify the error, starting with getting that model of corruption, Comey, into the hot seat to find out just what's going on with 45's Russian "entanglements."

The exact nature of it I don't know. Something very evil and undemocratic happened, though. I can't believe that Hillary simply was so unpopular that that many people stayed home or that so many working class people were just wooed by his promises to bring back their coal jobs. I live in Georgia and remember the people at my campaign office genuinely pushing the idea that Georgia could turn blue. I remember the early voting reports that Hillary's Florida lead was all but insurmountable. I remember all of the talk about how the Republicans were in trouble if they didn't do some serious modernizing and accept that the left won the culture wars.

I could maybe accept a few things not going as we were anticipating, like maybe Hillary actually lost but it was only because of one state or Hillary won, but the Rs overperformed in the House and Senate races. This giant red wave is suspicious as fuck. I want answers as to what happened. I deserve them as an American citizen. None of the answers I've been given thus far are satisfactory or even believable.

In terms of war this was the perfect war and we lost. The perfect crime has always been the crime that was committed and no one knows that there was a crime.
