Obama should sue but we both know why he wont, too much class and wouldnt do anything EVER that puts himself over the needs of the country.
Though in this case a suit would be good for the people.

It is in fact an opinion of the Congress. The House can say anything is an impeachable offense (such as spitting on the sidewalk) and proceed with drawing up the paperwork to impeach the president (to be tried by the Senate).
