There is no word yet on where the Trump party will be staying, though it will likely be clear once the group arrives in town, as in addition to the six adults and eight children on the tip there will also be 100 Secret Service agents according to one source who spoke with The Aspen Times.
US Secret Service agents had already spoken to local authorities in advance of the group's arrival, and a local law enforcement source said that the Aspen Police Department was told they would not have to provide any assistance during the trip.
The cost of the tip is unclear, but it will likely be even more than the reported $3million bill that President Trump racks up every weekend he heads down to Palm Beach.

In February, the Vail Daily reported that Air Force One, the Boeing 575 that flies the president, landed at the Eagle County Regional Airport. The facility’s manager told the paper that U.S. Air Force pilots were training for future VIP visits at high altitude.

{Pitkin County Sheriff Joe DiSalvo} said that plane is expected to carry the president’s family to Eagle.

Trump is no stranger to Aspen. During the presidential campaign in August, he attended a fundraiser at a home located in the West Buttermilk neighborhood owned by Houston securities trader Andrew Bosarge. The campaign event cost attendees from $2,700 per plate up to $25,000 per couple who paid for a “VIP meeting” with Trump.

In 1989, Trump’s marital woes erupted into a tabloid scandal after his then-wife, Ivana, got into a shouting match with his then-mistress, Marla Maples, at Bonnie’s on Aspen Mountain. He also tried to buy the land at the base of the mountain where the St. Regis Aspen Resort is located. But former Aspen developer Mohamed Hadid beat him to the purchase.

Any Air Force plane that a president (or *****) is on is called "Air Force One." *****'s plane is not part of the Air Force, so it would never be thought of as "Air Force One."

Mysterious Aspen ski rental contract may relate to Trumps

One anonymous law enforcement source said as many as 100 Secret Service agents may be in town protecting the Trumps, while another law enforcement source said the number of agents will be far lower.

The Secret Service and U.S. State Department have racked up tens of thousands of dollars in hotel bills that coincide with other out-of-town visits by Trump's sons and daughters, according to federal documents cited by NBC News in a story posted online Friday.

The trips include $53,155 during a business trip to Vancouver in late February by Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump and Tiffany Trump; $16,738 during a trip to Dubai in mid-February by Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump; and $97,830 during an early January trip to Uruguay by Eric Trump, according to the NBC News story.
