He has actually been directing the Republican focus of the investigation!

and Dr. Zeke Emanuel at exactly the time he was tweeting. Did he skip the meeting, or did the grownups hand him his plaything to keep him occupied and quiet while they had their conversation about the Trumpcare clusterfuck?
