Chaffetz would be inventing ways to investigate her, and would say that we should not be allowing any President under investigation by congress, let alone by the FBI, to nominate a SCOTUS justice.
Ryan would still be hammering away that anyone under investigation for security breaches should not be given sensitive intelligence information.
Her personal finances and her foundation would be undergoing legal cavity searches - despite all that has been done before, with no wrongdoing found.

(63,213 posts)Her SCOTUS nominees would be blocked until the FBI had completed its investigation, which would then be followed by another delay while an "independent" special prosecutor completed an investigation of its own.
Naturally, these would drag on through Clinton's entire first term and through all of her second.

There WOULD have been hordes of right wingers rolling to DC with "second amendment" displays, and DJT would NOT have conceded. The talk now would be fire breathing ILLEGITIMATE!
The energy these asshats use to defend 45 would have been ramped up on steroids against Hillary, as noted, over complete fabricated bullshit like Benghazi and e-mails.
And, has she won with two more D senators, and tried to seat a SCJ, people would have died.

And the talk of him being "illegitimate!"
This time however, we would have had certain angry, put out "progressive" politicians carping at our POTUS' every decision, and every nominee for not being "too establishment" for their tastes, and claiming that we didn't win by "enough" white male working class votes.
And that would have been worse, in my estimation, than any undermining by the GOP for the Democratic Party.
