Gorsuch is stonewalling.

So far, he is refusing to provide any opinion about any settled case that Feinstein has asked him about. His primary response: the case is settled law so it makes no sense to disagree with settled law. Also, if he provides any opinion, it signals future litigants.

This guy is so smooth and smarmy. It's quite a performance.

We probably can't do much about the stolen POTUS, but we do have the ability to block a stolen SCOTUS seat. Enough is enough!

a president being investigated by the FBI for collusion with a foreign government should not have their SCOTUS nominee seated.

a new rule i just made up for Dem Senators to apply. if they had the ovaries to do so.

Often looks to his side at someone with the "Are they really daring to ask me that?" type reaction.

He was nominated by an illegitimate so-called president under FBI investigation, during an election campaign, for a position stolen from another judge by the majority who are voting for him.

He absolutely does not deserve to be confirmed, yet I'm quite certain he will. /Sigh, I really hate this country.

I'd vote against him for that reason alone. Ain't nobody that perfect. Every answer is so perfectly crafted. He's making me ill.

He seems like one of those lucky people born with privilege, intelligence, and good looks. All of that in the same mixing bowl gets you far without having to explain a lot.

I'm not saying that any of that makes you a bad person, but it doesn't do a lot for one in the humility department.
