Message to Congress: the 9th SCOTUS seat has been unfilled for a year, let it remain unfilled

for as long as it takes to clear DT and his cabinet from the "cloud of suspicion" that Kevin Nunes admitted is now hanging over them.

No one should be given a lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court by a Putin puppet. There is no reason we can't wait another year, or however long it takes to make sure DT isn't a traitor.

That was their reason for not allowing President Obama to nominate a replacement. We don't know how long this clown will remain in office.

It is correct, and politically well worth making. And we should also know damn well that the Republicans will never agree to it. There is nothing in it for them to wait, and a lot in it for them not to. We won't change that, but everything that casts the Republican Congress majority in a negative light should be pursued.

The Electoral College usually but does not always reflect the will of the voters.

They act like Garland's nomination obstruction doesn't matter.
