I'm getting this image of Trump sitting alone in the Oval Office,

with a hand bell on the desk in front of him. When he needs assistance or to go potty, he can ring the bell and someone will come to his aid. Given his increasingly weird state, maybe it will come to that. Maybe that's why Ivanka's moving in. Takin' care of ol' Dad.
