Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch is heading back to Capital Hill today for a second day of confirmation hearings.
During Monday's hearing, Democratic senators repeatedly criticized Gorsuch's record, as well as their Republican counterparts for refusing to take up the nomination of President Obama's pick, Merrick Garland, to replace the late Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia.
Judge Neil Gorsuch has a long history of ruling against employees in cases involving federal race, sex, age, disability and political discrimination and retaliation claims.

(20,581 posts)experiences affected him. She would have fit in with the tRump admin as she reduced the budget for EPA and softened regs and wanted to turn EPA function back to the states when she was EPA director.
She was essentially shamed out of her position and left the EPA in a mess. I believe she harbored bitterness about how she was treated.
