17. Franken also bitched slap Gorsuch over a case in Minnesota, I think,

about a guy's big rig's brakes freezing in -14 degrees. Driver pulls over, he calls the home office, they say wait someone will be out there. Hours go by and nothing. He calls the home office again, they say wait again, he tells them he is beginning to lose feeling in his legs and torso, they tell him to wait.

As he is waiting his cousin calls and wakes him up, probably saving his life. Long story short they driver got fired for leaving the rig to warm up and save his own life. Oh yeah the companies own handbook stated that everything the driver did was right and they still fired him.

Gorsuch judged in favor of the company that fired him...he would not explain it to Franken and still don't have an answer for his decision. That along disqualifies him for the SCOTUS job.
