citing poor people, the elderly, the hospitals losing money, etc. He is concerned for 740,000 people in his district and right now will vote no.
Why is his district any different from any other district in this country? It seems to me every congressional district is facing the same issues with this Healthcare bill that are causing Donovan to be a no vote.
Why aren't the other Congressmen/women saying the same things?

any repeal won't go into effect until 2018 or 2020 but the big cuts to medicaid and medicare would happen NOW....and the PR disaster for conservatives will just begin.....as real people start feeling the effect of the cuts AND the prospect of the coming disaster of trumpcare...
we could see a record shift of power in 2018 because of it
