If Paul Ryan resigns or is forced out, as I've heard whispers of today, because of the abject failure of the ACHA, then who would replace him? Do the Republican majority in the House have a vote? Or is there some kind of "line of succession"?
The reason I wonder is because that person would then become third in line for the presidency, after Trump and Pence are brought down.

Apparently there's a woman on Fox news named Jeanne Pirro . DJT tweeted that people should watch her show tonight. The first thing she said was "Ryan should resign".
