Donald Trump ATLAS SHRUGGED hero?
Ayn Rand's horribly long, horribly boring, and horribly horrible novel, Atlas Shrugged, was first published back in the 1950s. It's still a favorite among right-wingers, including speaker of the house Paul Ryan, who apparently thinks it's non-fiction and bases his economic policies on it.
Ayn Rand's heroes are heroes in quotes only. They have a lot in common with each other, and with President Trump, when you think about it. See the following chart:

Trump would probably qualify as an Atlas Shrugged hero. He passes the physical, and gets extra points for not only being rich but being BORN RICH.
Atlas Shrugged fan, Paul Ryan, wouldn't make it. Having dark hair is a deal-breaker. Rand reserved that for her villains.

(1,935 posts)Earlier pics of Trump suggest that he was blond.
Also, somewhat trim and good-looking 2 other general requirements for Rand hero-hood:

(960 posts)Ayn Rand directly betrays her own ideology by writing it though. Why would you inform other people of your survival of the fittest worldview? It's just increased competition.
