David Reid is the man behind 'OK Jailbirds,' Oklahoma's most popular mugshot tabloid. In his mind, publishing the names and mugshots of everyone arrested in the past 30 days is a solid source of entertainment, a public service, even. But for those who wind up in print, the paper can permanently tarnish their reputations.

1. I think this is horrible. First of all, arrest does not equal guilty so right there that's a problem

Second, even if you are found guilty of a crime, the advertisement of that on the internet constitutes permanent punishment.
