Not the filibuster. The actual votes.

They blow up the filibuster and Gorsuch just needs a simple majority to complete the theft of Garland's seat.

Too bad Trump is too dumb to agree to it. Still, one could fantasize... if he were really sharp he could make such a move, tell voters he is the president of ALL Americans, point out that Garland is qualified and no flaming liberal, and brag about how he did this to make deals to get things done for the American people.

Of course, since he is not only stupid but a faux populist, there's zero chance of this.

Yes. Garland is slightly to the left of Kennedy and well to the right of Kagan, Sotomayor, and Ginsburg.

He'll need to do some re-tooling of the White House staff, and get rid of all his near relatives. Then we want a string of fucking apologies for his boorish behavior. Then release his tax returns for the last 20 years. A full statement of financial disclosure, including any "loans" he's on the hook for to Russian banksters and gangsters. Then another round of apologies, complete with sackcloth, ashes, and penitent crawl on his knees.

Once all that happens, we'll think about it.
