Democrats should use Gorsuch nomination to expose Republican hypocrisy.

Repubs want to portray Democrats as obstructionists because they won't vote for Gorsuch immediately. What a joke!

Democrats need to play hardball with this nomination. All they need to do is point out that Repubs refused for almost a year to vote for Merrick Garland. This issue belongs to the Democrats but they don't seem to understand that political fact.

Just as Shumer stated, there is no hurry to vote for Gorsuch with this "large gray cloud" hanging over this Administration. Democrats are trying to find out how much Russians are involved in our political process and the Republicans are dragging their feet.

Wouldn't you agree? They can say they would like to guarantee every citizen a $10,000 refund on their taxes this year, but that would be different than actually doing it.

I don't recall reading that argument?

I do recall Republicans blocking all judges, even district judges, and they finally broke Harry Reid into changing the filibuster on district judges to a simple majority. Obama was able to fill a shitload of judges, as I recall?

There was no action taken on Biden's speech. McConnell kept the SC seat open for almost a year. Surely you see the difference?
