Send Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi to the White House for some meetings to "work together." Nothing needs to come of it but if the Dems were smart they'd at least show some optics of working together to blow the fucking minds of the die hard right-winger Trump fans. Oh the blogs would be so fun to read. I can see the snippets now:

Just do some wheeling and dealing for Show. Under no circumstance that Trump should be trusted. He can be exploited, however. That happens a lot to him.

4. IMHO it makes a lot of sense

He's a toddler who responds to people who are nice to him.

If he can be manipulated into doing something decent, then I wouldn't care if he wanted to take credit for him.

But offering him something worth doing which he can "win" on, would be fine.

Schumer and Pelosi have already put the word out that they will negotiate. But they are not going to humiliate themselves going to the WH for nothing. Trump and Ryan have to reach out and pick up the phone.
