Not the way they intended, but, hey, if some of the holdouts expand medicare, that's a plus.

other than Koch Brothers, see what they are facing for future Employees. They see Mississippi,a State with limited people with limited Education and basic skills. Overall Health of the people is poor at best, and that in itself causes negative decisions in the Corporate Board Rooms.

Every time someone says Obamacare did not work bring it up that it did not work in some states because of their own denial of services to their citizens. I had 2 choices all these years and the cost is rising fast. Yes there are problems that need fixing but mostly it is because of the states themselves. Still it is better than anything we used to have. WAY better. I do not know how some people managed to get through in this state, apparently many did not do well at all.

in Independence, KS just closed, and dozens regional hospitals on the edge, ready to close. Only quick action now can save some of them. They need the Medicaid expansion now. The state Senate passed a request for Medicaid expansion, as did the House earlier in this session. Problem: Gov. Brownback is ready to veto.
