Areas of Dallas VA hospital evacuated: suspicious package

---------
First it was just the radiology area, then they evacuated outpatient clinics and lab area.
Inpatients are still in the building.

I used to work there. Not the most secure building. I'm told other VA's have better security and people are questioned if they are seen walking around without a badge (worker or visitor badge). At this place it is like a small city where people wander around, even the area's homeless. No one gets questioned at the door or while walking around. Hell, I had an unstable person wander up to my floor on night at like midnight who kinda cornered me behind a desk, reported it, and was told "oh, yeah, the VA police are looking for him".
