But, at this time, he has nothing. He said he was going to give it to the other members last Friday and he did not do it, because he could not do it.

He has been playing it by ear.

And the people will be ready to throw him out on his ear come next election. If he lasts that long?

They told him there was info then waited to see what he would do. Now they know he can't be trusted, hence Comey saying he would not testify. Nunes is looking scared because he knows he's been had.

There was no there, there. It looked more like a staged media circus with photo ops aftter Nunes got Ryan's OK and then went off to do camera ready interviews both before and after meeting with Trump. It was an amateurish attempt to create a distraction from the ever growing Russian story and it backfired when Nunes proved to be even less incompetent than Trump and couldn't keep his story straight.

Now it looks more like he was ordered to lie to protect Trump from whatever Attorney General Sally Yates might have testified about before the House Intelligence Committee's investigation of ties between Russian agents and Trump campaign officials.
