My, this woman has history. And the name Sberbank, mentioned in a recent report on Maddow's show, figures prominently. I won't pass judgement on her charges, but it did make me wonder who this woman actually is.

1. I try never to comment on the clothing

that women wear but in this case the photo of her walking down the street with her clothing askew is disturbing. I would expect that of a person who is mentally ill.

She worked for 6 months max and sued successfully for what seems like a fairly large settlement. That seems rather high profile, but I suppose that opens as many doors as it slams shut. She is probably a superhero to the lawyers of workplace litigation. And a supervillain to general counsels at banks.

If you believe that bankers and corporations are evil, she is probably a hero.
